CONCEPT
Turn an uncertain idea into a structured, workable project brief.
A guided working document for turning a loose request, uncertain idea or early conversation into a brief people can actually use.
THE PRODUCT IDEA
A useful brief is a decision tool, not a formality.
The Useful Brief is designed to slow down the right questions before time is spent producing the wrong thing.
Short prompts, linked sections and visible decisions help one person think clearly or a small team build shared understanding.
SMART PDF / WORKING PROTOTYPE
The prototype combines navigable sections, writing fields, choice points and a final summary. Interaction and accessibility will be tested before release.
Name the real question and what needs to change.
Collect the people, evidence, limits and existing material.
Make scope, priorities and success visible before production.
Turn the working brief into a clear next step and shared reference.
